Celebrating March Birthdays with Kingwood Church of Christ

Kingwood Church of Christ generously sponsored the 2016 March birthday party! The families had so much fun playing games, eating sub sandwiches and cake and, of course, opening birthday gifts! The church had built a game called carpet ball that I haven’t seen before, and the kids were obsessed, playing it throughout the whole party. This is the first month Kingwood Church of Christ has been involved in Candle Wishes, and the did a fantasic job. I’m so grateful to have their support of the ministry! Celebrating May Birthdays at River Oaks Community Church!

We had an amazing party at the end of April for the kids with May birthdays! I’m so thankful for how the Lord provided sponsors for the children, everything came together as always. The kids had a blast. Thank you to EVERYONE who played a part in giving these children a happy birthday!

Happy March Birthdays! BHS Key Club throws an amazing party!

This month’s party was sponsored by Blackman High School key club. It’s always great to go back to Blackman, where I went to school when I first started Candle Wishes 11 years ago. I love seeing the next generation really get excited about helping others and making a difference in their community.
